Malcom X: Journey to Islam

 Malcolm X: Journey to Islam hosted by Muslim Student AssociationThe Muslim Student Association is holding the event Malcolm X: A Journey to Islam to shed light on a prominent figure to Muslims in America, Malcolm X. We will celebrate his influence on the community and the legacy he has left behind. In particularly we want to emphasize his transition from the nation of a misconceived Islam to true Islam. We will also look at how some of his perspectives changed once this transformation occurred.  With these topics in mind we strive to reach the even greater theme of Black History Month for this year, celebrating diversity.
