Ed.D. Educational Leadership

This program is designed to develop the leadership abilities of administrators in educational institutions and agencies that support significant educational programs.Through a combination of regular course work and special seminars, the program stresses the integration of the theoretical and applied aspects of educational leadership.

M.Ed. Educational Leadership

The Educational M.Ed. degree serves as an entry into the broad study of how educational organizations function. While the primary focus of the program is on K-12 educational organizations, a customized program can be designed to address the fields of higher education and non-profit organizations. 

Ed.D. Educational Leadership (Online + Face-to-Face)

The Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership is designed for international educators in leadership positions. The program is delivered online during the fall and spring semesters and on-site during the summer semester in Bethlehem, PA.
 

M.Ed. Educational Leadership & Principal Certification (Online + Face-to-Face)

Our Master's of Education in educational leadership (30 credits) is designed for individuals who work within educational settings around the world. It serves as the foundation for individuals pursuing a principal's position in an international school.

M.Ed. Educational Urban Leadership + K-12 Principals Certification - U*PAL

The U*PAL Masters of Education in Educational Leadership is designed for individuals who work within the educational environments in small to midsize urban public schools (traditional or charter). It serves as the foundation for individuals pursuing a principal's position in an urban environment. The program will place emphasis on the broad topics of leadership, management, curriculum, and student learning.

K-12 Principal Certification

This Pennsylvania Department of Education approved program is designed for educators who are interested in assuming a position as a Principal. In addition to course work in:

The requirements for the Superintendent Letter of Eligibility program include an earned Masters along with completion of the specific course requirements outlined below.

All candidates must meet the College of Education Admission criteria for the Master's degree. In addition, the candidate must possess a Masters degree in one of the following areas:
